ICV–1000: Image capture of the license and OCR (Optical Character Recognition) validation with software to capture the library, format conversion, image manipulation, bar code reading and file encryption. This allows the file to be saved as .GIF, JPEG, .BMP etc. with the ability to insert a field such as an agreement number, contract number or account name into the saved file name as the "unique identifier then transfer into a server either local or remote for future archive and retrieval.
ICV 1200: Image capture, OCR and Digimarc™ Watermark validation of the license with software to capture the library, format conversion, image manipulation, bar code reading and file encryption. This allows the file to be saved as .GIF, JPEG, etc. with the ability to insert a field such as an agreement number, contract number or account name into the saved file name as the “unique identifier” then transfer into a server either local or remote for future archive and retrieval. The ICV–1000 connects to any PC or notebook computer via USB connection. The images can then be stored on a local or remote file server, or with using optional client server software, be transferred directly to a remote system for storage.
